Tendring Families First is a registered charity based in North Essex, who’s shared objective and collective responsibility is ‘to work together to provide holistic support for the Children & Families of our member schools to improve outcomes and enable their full potential to be achieved’. Tendring Families First works collaboratively to commission and directly provide services to our children, young people and their families of our member schools to include Family Support. This Privacy policy explains how we use any personal information we collect about you and when you use our website.

We keep your personal data for no longer than is reasonably necessary for a period of one year following support and services ceasing, in order to provide a seamless continuation of service should a re-referral or request for support be made, and in case of any legal claims/complaints received in relation to the services provided.
