Tendring Families First will:
Ensure that our Safeguarding Policy is made available to parents and carers upon request.
Ensure that all Staff, Directors & Service Providers are fully vetted to make sure they are safe to work with the students who attend our services.
Ensure that all Staff, Directors & Service Providers follow the Southend, Essex and Thurrock Procedures (SET 2022) for handling allegations of abuse made against members of staff, other adults or children.
Ensure that Staff & Commissioned Service Providers undertake three yearly ECC Compliant Safeguarding Training , and DBS Checks in line with recommended Essex Safeguarding Children’s Board guidelines.
