Leadership and Governance - Tendring Families First is governed by a Board of nine experienced Directors and Trustees who provide strategic leadership, financial oversight and strong governance. Collectively, our Board brings expertise from education, children's services, SEND, safeguarding, commissioning, finance, investment banking, research, charity leadership and strategic business planning. Individual Directors lead on key areas including safeguarding, mental health, disability and SEND, funding and policy development, ensuring that every aspect of the organisation is supported by relevant professional expertise. This breadth of experience enables us to balance innovation with sound governance and long-term sustainability while ensuring that the needs of local children and families remain at the heart of every decision.
